You’re able to work directly with the builders on designing and building the home that is perfect for you. We strive to continually refine our building process, eliminating any inefficiencies and developing a better home for you.
We are proud to be a Certified Green Builder. Every Fall Creek Home is constructed with quality products, and you will find design elements and energy efficient features in our homes that other builders consider options (and will charge you extra for) or may not even offer.

Barry Light, Founder
Barry Light is truly a hometown boy and is and has been committed to making Fort Wayne and the surrounding area the best it can be. A graduate of Concordia Lutheran High School and the University of St. Francis, Barry graduated with a BA in marketing and earned the coveted Outstanding Marketing Student award.
After serving a number of years in the industrial relations industry with General Electric, Peter Eckrich & Sons and W. Shamban, an opportunity presented itself in the real estate industry.
Barry began Fall Creek Homes over 30 years ago and has been involved in countless real estate transactions and the construction of upwards of 1,000 homes in Fort Wayne and Northeast Indiana. His experience and knowledge have guided many families through Fall Creek Homes' exceptional building process. There has been nothing more rewarding to Barry than to see families loving the new homes he has created for them.
Dale Koler, Owner/President of Construction & Development
Dale brings his financial expertise as a Certified Public Accountant and background working for one of the largest real estate companies in the US to Fall Creek Homes. Dale graduated from Baldwin Wallace College in Ohio with his Masters in Business Administration and Accounting.
Dale has spent all of his career in the real estate industry, and brings a high skill level to Fall Creek Homes. With an aptitude for numbers and analysis, Dale has the perfect mix of construction knowledge and financial know-how to build your new home and help you stay in your budget.
Chelsea Sittler, Interior Designer & Sales
Chelsea brings a diverse skill set to the Fall Creek Homes team. As a graduate from Taylor University, she completed her BA in Psychology and Biology. After working in her degree fields, she discovered a passion for architecture and design and went back to school to complete a degree in Environmental Interior Design. Chelsea is excited to use her design eye and knowledge to assist homeowners in the new home selection process.
Along with design expertise, Chelsea is an integral part in sales support and construction management. Chelsea is passionate about quality service and happily assists with any questions and concerns throughout the building process. Her excellent attention to detail is essential in keeping Fall Creek Homes operating at its best.
Larry Howard, Project Manager, Quality Coordinator
Larry was born in London, Kentucky and transferred to Northern Indiana in 1980, where he has lived ever since. Make no mistake, Larry’s Kentucky roots run strong and his southern charm is evident in everything he does. Larry is a genuine helper and LOVES to work. He enjoys serving others and is a true jack of all trades, as he has been around the building trade most of his life. His meticulous attention to detail, abundant knowledge of construction, and high standards for quality and craftsmanship make him the perfect project manager and quality coordinator for Fall Creek Homes!
Larry owns a classic car and enjoys cleaning it up in his spare time and attending car shows.
Ashley Galentine, Project Manager, Designer, Realtor
Ashley loves to be hands on from the 1st meeting to the last!
After graduating from IPFW and working as a full time dental hygienist for 15 years, she found a new passion for residential construction and design when she built her own home. She began this new career path in design and eventually became more and more involved in the building process. She eventually ended up getting her real estate license so that she could assist clients from start to finish and be involved in all aspects of the building process! Her passion for customer satisfaction and willingness to go above and beyond is what Fall Creek is all about!
