Fall Creek Homes: 2019 Updates
2019 is off to a great start for Fall Creek Homes - boy have we been busy! We have two single family homes and four townhomes officially completed to kick off the new subdivision Wood Creek Reserve. Among those completed are two spec homes currently available: 5219 Tupelo Court (townhome) and 9625 Bluffs Corner (single family ranch).
Despite the crazy weather we've had in January and February, we’ve seen many of your beautiful faces at our open houses and activity has been at an all time high for this time of year. Several of our townhome and single family lots have already been reserved in Wood Creek Reserve, and three of the nine lots remaining have been reserved in the new and final section 5 of Wellington Reserve. In the midst of all the building activity in Wood Creek and Wellington, we have been working on a very important project - the launch of our new website! We knew it was time for a re-fresh and we couldn't be happier with the way the new design turned out. We hope you will agree that the website is more user friendly, easy to navigate, mobile responsive and a true reflection of who we are and what we're all about.
One of the areas we are proud of and strive to continually improve is the incorporation of green building materials and techniques into all of our new homes. We believe that we have a huge responsibility to be good stewards of the environment and are continuously looking for new ways to bring energy efficiency and sustainability to our homes.
