We just moved into our custom built home by Fall Creek and we couldn't be more happy about the entire process from start to finish. This is the first home my husband and I have built and we heard so many warnings about building versus buying, but the team at Fall Creek proved them all wrong. They were quick to respond, so welcoming and friendly throughout, and the homes quality is top notch. One of the most impressive things that sets this builder and design team apart is their small business mentality. We moved from Austin, Texas to Fort Wayne, Indiana and it was a hard transition for me. However, building the house of my dreams made that a little bit easier. My husband and I were transferred from Ohio to Fort Wayne and we knew we wanted a home and not an apartment! We looked at several homes and went by Fall Creek Homes and made an appointment to walk through one...we knew right away we wanted to build and we talked to Dale Koler, who couldn’t be nicer..When it was time to pick out our colors, flooring etc..Dale and Chelsea were so very helpful! If I emailed them they would respond right away and if I needed to change anything there was no problems at all. The build was pretty seamless and Fall Creek is so great to work with! We were first drawn to the curb appeal of Wellington Reserve while driving around looking for a home to purchase after recently relocating to the Ft Wayne area. We instantly fell in love with the style, design, and floor plans offered at Fall Creek Homes while attending one of the model's Open Houses. After meeting and speaking to Corey Rodgers and Dale Koler, we decided to build a home instead of buy, and had no doubt that these were the kind of people we wanted to work along side of to make it happen. We got exactly what we had hoped for and wanted. Their integrity has shown through at every step of the process. We appreciate the flexibility and customization we received. We also are thankful for the much needed assistance and expertise acquired from Chelsea Sittler when picking out all the features and finishing touches! Dale and Chelsea’s communication throughout the building process made us feel like we knew what was going on throughout each and every milestone. And Sandy is so happy with our superior exterior with its unique design – it’s breathtaking! And we love our neighbors as well!! We just love our home as do all our friends and family – they all say the layout is great and they feel a ‘very homey feeling’ while visiting.
